Provide technical support for INNERGY Design and integrated CAD/CAM solutions via Intercom and Microsoft Dynamics. Troubleshoot CAD integrations, library configurations, and manufacturing workflows; create reproducible bug reports; maintain knowledge base content; tag and train AI for automated support; collaborate with Engineering and Product to prioritize fixes and improve processes to reduce manual ticket volume and improve customer satisfaction.
