Troubleshoot CAD integrations, library configurations, and manufacturing workflows; create reproducible bug reports; maintain knowledge base content; tag and train AI for automated support; collaborate with Engineering and Product to prioritize fixes and improve processes to reduce manual ticket volume and improve customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS/ERP customers by driving upsells, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. Build strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, monitor account health with Customer Success, maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and reduce churn while aligning solutions to customer business goals.
