Lead and execute multi-channel marketing plans for Microsoft Cloud, manage vendor MDF budgets and claims, optimize digital campaigns, coordinate with Vendor Management and Sales, own marketing financial operations and reporting, and drive partner engagement and platform adoption.

Lead global platform support for vendor and integration ecosystems (X4V and XI). Drive AI-enabled, knowledge-centered support, self-service and automation; improve API reliability, onboarding, and operational metrics; partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps/SRE; manage global team, set standards, and foster continuous improvement.

Serve as the executive owner for a strategic Microsoft partner: drive renewals, improve net revenue retention, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage escalations, lead MBRs/QBRs, and execute partner growth and program adoption while protecting and expanding revenue.
