Owns the Microsoft technical support partnership, including contract terms, SLAs, escalations, governance, performance reporting, and automation. Leads a global vendor technical support engineering team, drives critical customer issues to resolution, manages scorecards and aged-case governance, and partners across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing. The role requires deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise, executive communication, vendor accountability, and support for a global 24x7 follow-the-sun model.

Conduct outbound phone and customized outreach to acquire, qualify, onboard, and grow SMB technology partners. Promote Ingram Micro products and services, including cloud and financial solutions, using AI-powered insights and purchasing data to prioritize opportunities. Support field sales initiatives, introduce partners to new offerings, drive Xvantage adoption, promote events and campaigns, maintain product knowledge, and provide activity and forecast reporting while pursuing individual or team quotas.

Manage an accounts receivable portfolio, customer credit inquiries, credit-hold escalations, reconciliations, and cash-collection forecasts. Collaborate with sales, analysts, customer service, management, and reseller customers to release orders, negotiate solutions, protect receivables, and meet aging and DSO targets. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, Excel proficiency, and independent prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
