The Senior AWS Support Engineer will manage complex AWS cases, mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot issues, improve support processes, and create documentation.

Lead technical pre-sales and some post-sales support: assess customer needs, deliver demos and PoCs, prepare technical proposals and BOMs, translate technical concepts for stakeholders, train and enable partners, and maintain client relationships while staying current on industry trends.

Manage a portfolio of strategic reseller partners for Dell Infrastructure Solutions, driving Storage and data center revenue growth. Develop account plans, cultivate partner and vendor relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, build pipeline, and support partners through the sales cycle to close deals and increase market share.

Develop and execute GTM-aligned marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns for Microsoft OEM and Alliance vendors. Manage vendor MDF budgets, claims, and marketing financial operations. Drive partner engagement, platform adoption, demand generation, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Vendor Management, Sales, and vendor teams to optimize campaign ROI and support business growth.

Lead and manage a team of technical support professionals delivering AWS support, driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction through AI and data-driven strategies.
