Leads complex, enterprise-level projects and business transformation initiatives from planning through delivery. Manages scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, workstreams, and stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams. Provides executive guidance, monitors project health, coordinates vendors and managed service providers, and drives alignment, accountability, change adoption, and benefits realization.

Provides technical accounting and financial reporting support for tangible capital assets and real estate programs. Responsibilities include complex transaction analysis, capitalization, reconciliations, financial reporting, outsourced activity oversight, accounting standards monitoring, internal control enhancement, and process improvement. The role collaborates with finance, government ministries, agencies, and service providers to ensure accurate and compliant financial information.

Provides administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Secretary, Board Chair, and Vice Chair. Responsibilities include coordinating Board and Committee meetings, managing calendars and logistics, drafting correspondence and memos, maintaining records, applying conflict-of-interest screens, redacting and posting Board materials in Diligent, preparing payroll and expense claims, and supporting governance initiatives and stakeholder communications.
