Manual QA Analyst responsible for reviewing requirements, creating and executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases for POS applications. The role validates transaction workflows, device connectivity, peripherals, error handling, and recovery scenarios; documents and tracks defects; retests fixes; prepares execution reports; and collaborates with developers, business analysts, and product teams. The position requires independent ownership, strong analytical skills, and extensive manual software testing experience.

Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms. Develop Python and SQL test scripts, validate data integrity and transformations, perform source-to-target reconciliation, test PostgreSQL and StarRocks systems, and validate Tableau reporting. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, identify data quality and performance issues, and collaborate with engineering and development teams in an Agile environment.

Lead Scrum ceremonies and technology transformation projects from planning through go-live. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage dependencies, risks, releases, and production support. Build delivery and operational dashboards, track Agile and support metrics, coordinate incident triage and root cause analysis, and present risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate conflict resolution, and improve delivery predictability and production stability.
