Lead Agile execution and enterprise program delivery across cross-functional teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and releases. Ensure release readiness, quality, and stakeholder alignment while coaching teams on Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement.

Lead QA strategy and execution, design and scale automation frameworks for UI/API/end-to-end testing, integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor QA engineers, oversee test planning and defect management, and drive quality metrics and governance across releases.
