Leads critical production incident response from triage through restoration and closure, coordinating technology, security, product, business, and vendor teams. Owns SWAT queue health, ticket prioritization, SLA performance, stakeholder communications, operational reporting, and root-cause reviews. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams on Agile practices, removes impediments, and drives corrective actions and continuous improvements across incident management, support workflows, monitoring, resilience, and service governance.

Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery across complex enterprise transformation initiatives. Manage project plans, milestones, scope, risks, dependencies, releases, governance, and delivery metrics across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Business teams. Remove impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, ensure release readiness and quality, provide stakeholder and executive reporting, coach teams and Product Owners, and drive continuous improvement, DevOps, and CI/CD adoption.

Design and execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI, web, SIT, and UAT testing. Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and stakeholders on issue resolution; participate in Agile ceremonies; support SDLC processes; improve testing standards; and maintain documentation and reports. The role is hybrid in Toronto and requires at least two years of manual software testing experience.

Leads hands-on development of scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices for high-traffic e-commerce applications. Translates business needs into application designs, APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures; reviews code and solutions; mentors developers; and guides technical decisions. The role also drives cloud modernization, improves security, observability, performance, and resilience, and investigates complex production issues. Collaboration spans product, engineering, infrastructure, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Design, develop, maintain, and execute scalable test automation frameworks for desktop, web, API, and enterprise applications. Create end-to-end automation, test cases, scenarios, and acceptance tests; validate interfaces and APIs; manage defects; support deployments; assess product testability; and document testing standards, architecture, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to support CI/CD-driven quality assurance.
