The Deskside Engineer will provide field support for Windows and Mac systems, troubleshoot desktop and printer issues, and offer excellent customer service. Must have hands-on experience and relevant certifications.

Provide on-call support for production infrastructure, administer Oracle Tuxedo Application Server, troubleshoot Tuxedo and MQ issues, and mentor team members.

The Oracle DBA will manage user accounts, review code, optimize database performance, conduct patching, and coordinate upgrades with DB vendors.
