Support and execute digital marketing for 15+ events: CMS website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and segmentation, analytics and reporting, UX/technical optimizations, campaign QA, and collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve conversions and personalization.

Lead strategic planning and execution for assigned fan-expo shows. Drive revenue and P&L performance, pitch new features, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, oversee budgets, coordinate timelines, and lead onsite event operations including travel to shows.

Sell delegate places and training courses by phone, advising clients on suitable events and cross-selling across portfolios. Make high-volume outbound calls, follow up leads, support revenue collection, report on campaign progress, benchmark competitors, and collaborate with production, sales and marketing teams to align sales activity with event needs and maximise long-term revenue.
