Lead and grow an engineering team building scalable data products, real-time streaming systems, backend APIs, reporting experiences, integrations, and ML data capabilities. Own architecture, reliability, observability, SLAs, correctness, production operations, and technical roadmaps. Partner with Product, Data Platform, ML, and engineering leadership to create reusable, self-service, API-first data products from large-scale marketplace data.

Lead quality engineering for a high-throughput programmatic advertising platform. Design, automate, and maintain comprehensive functional, performance, reliability, and data validation tests. Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to diagnose issues, analyze test results, address coverage gaps, and resolve release blockers. Architect test automation frameworks, simulation tools, and developer tooling while influencing platform design for testability and mentoring team members.

Leads Developer Experience and Release Engineering architecture and delivery for a globally distributed organization. The role establishes automated, deterministic, and agent-evaluated software quality gates across the SDLC; implements policy-as-code, contract testing, progressive delivery, error-budget controls, and automated rollbacks; and drives adoption of standardized tooling and practices. Responsibilities include transformation planning, delivery-risk management, metrics-driven improvement, stakeholder communication, and recruiting and developing engineering teams across Toronto and Bengaluru.
