Supports consolidated financial reporting, monthly and quarterly close processes, technical accounting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, account reconciliations, SEC filings, internal controls, and financial analysis for a global organization. The role also contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, and tracking obligations. Identifies contractual and commercial risks, maintains templates and legal records, coordinates cross-functional approvals, and supports compliance. Improves legal workflows through contract lifecycle management systems, automation, and AI while assisting with project tracking, documentation, and day-to-day Legal team operations.

Support consolidated financial reporting, close processes, and SEC filings. Prepare account reconciliations, ASC 606 revenue analyses for IMAX Systems, assist with consolidations, internal reporting, controls documentation, and process improvement/automation projects.
