Support full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for IMAX's film portfolio: revenue recognition, amortization, reconciliations, royalty calculations, studio invoicing, settlements, month-end close, variance analysis, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Place and manage purchase orders to meet manufacturing schedules, confirm and negotiate supplier delivery dates, update MRP system, and follow up on past-due orders. Support supplier agreements, cost-reduction initiatives, and resolve receiving/payment paperwork issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and product quality while driving continuous improvement.

The Sr. Specialist, Logistics will manage logistics operations, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and analyze performance for improvements.
