Own and grow partner business in Greater Toronto by developing partner-led GTM strategies, recruiting/enabling partners, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, exceeding bookings targets across subscriptions/renewals/services, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive partner-sourced revenue and resolve escalations.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation for Illumio deployments: manage cases, troubleshoot customer systems (OS and cloud), coordinate with R&D, update documentation and knowledge base, mentor peers, and act as primary customer contact via email/phone/remote tools.
