Plans and manages facility construction, renovation, and space-planning projects across multiple locations. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, site master planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, construction documentation, contract and procurement support, bid review, compliance, and project closeout. The role partners with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, leadership, and internal teams to deliver laboratory and office projects aligned with business needs and applicable standards.

Drives revenue and market share for sequencing products across an assigned territory. Develops sales plans, identifies new opportunities, expands accounts, builds relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers, presents technical product information, monitors competition and market trends, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires life sciences sales experience, preferably in genomics and DNA sequencing, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical ability, and territory travel.

Provides strategic legal counsel on commercial contracts, complex customer negotiations, go-to-market initiatives, vendor and collaborator agreements, operational legal processes, and M&A diligence and integration. Partners with finance, commercial, product management, and other teams to manage risk, implement contractual controls, and support strategic transactions. Leads legal workstreams and maintains critical customer relationships.
