Analyze claims and insurance data, evaluate risk, prepare reports, manage policies and claims, support underwriting and internal clients, and contribute to insurance placement strategy.

Oversee U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, filings, remittances, reconciliations, agency notices, and statutory reporting. Reconcile payroll tax liabilities and payroll-related balances to general ledger records, support month-end and year-end close, and prepare audit documentation. Manage ADP SmartCompliance activities, resolve discrepancies, monitor legislative changes, strengthen controls, and improve payroll tax processes. Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, HR, Benefits, auditors, tax agencies, and external payroll providers.

Operate a certified counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks, pick and sort materials, locate inventory using FIFO, communicate with drivers, maintain safety requirements, and assist with inventory counts. The role requires outdoor work, physical fitness, overtime and weekend availability, and accurate warehouse and yard operations.
