Supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, business cases, ministry submissions, and financial and clinical performance analysis. The role partners with clinical and operational leaders, develops KPIs and analytic tools, supports health human resources planning, and provides recommendations to improve financial and program performance. It also contributes to committees, staff onboarding, and organizational financial and operational goals.

Provides senior-level third-tier infrastructure support for a hospital, including server, application, network, storage, security, disaster recovery, and incident management. Develops technical solutions, oversees system integrity, coordinates vendors, supports enterprise technology projects, improves service delivery, and coaches technical staff. Advises IT leadership on priorities, resources, policies, and hospital-wide information systems.

Provides first-level technical support to hospital staff, physicians, and volunteers. Troubleshoots hardware, software, applications, servers, printers, peripherals, telecommunications, networks, and user accounts. Logs and resolves service requests, escalates complex incidents, supports application installations, creates documentation, trains users, upgrades systems, and participates in rotating on-call support.
