Lead strategic process reengineering initiatives across business groups using systems thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Agile and data-driven analysis. Design and implement technology solutions (RPA, generative AI), manage projects and change efforts, monitor process metrics, and provide expert recommendations to improve efficiency and adoption.

Lead the enterprise program to build and scale a reusable Agentic AI platform. Manage integrated plans, risks, dependencies, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, platform readiness, adoption playbooks, and team leadership while coordinating across architecture, security, data, cloud, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Support transportation ecommerce and courier operations by driving data migration, integration, analytics, reporting, and process improvements. Build data pipelines and dashboards (Power BI/ThoughtSpot/Tableau), ensure data quality and governance, lead Agile projects, collaborate with stakeholders, map and simulate processes, document procedures, and support courier capacity, service levels, and cost optimization.
