The Advisor, Internal Communications will create and manage employee communications campaigns, develop content, collaborate with teams, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Provide day-to-day support to Talent Acquisition consultants by managing hiring requests, creating offer letters, administering new-hire documents, liaising with hiring managers and vendors, maintaining TA records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience. Role requires on-site presence four days per week in Toronto or Calgary.
