Produce technical insight reports, monitor project status, summarize academic and policy developments, and support strategic decision-making. The role also coordinates events, workshops, meetings, budgets, documentation, translations, and communication for research teams and directors.

Conduct research and develop algorithms for audio, speech, and acoustic AI using signal processing and deep learning. Build acoustic data pipelines, implement Python and C++ prototypes, evaluate models, and collaborate with engineering teams to productize successful research. The role may involve research publication in areas including speech recognition, audio generation, acoustic enhancement, spatial audio, and source separation.

Conduct fundamental AI and computer vision research focused on 3D content reconstruction, generation, and editing. Develop state-of-the-art algorithms, design solutions for real-world Huawei products, perform business analysis and solution design, and build rapid research prototypes. Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and interns, publish findings at leading AI and computer vision conferences, and contribute to large-scale 3D vision and 3D AIGC initiatives.
