Conduct research in AI agents, large language models, multimodal AI, and computer vision. Develop agents, training methods, datasets, prototypes, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks. The role emphasizes deep learning, computer vision, 3D camera models, diffusion transformers, distributed training, and rendering tools.

Coordinates Huawei’s university and technology ecosystem partnerships, including hackathons, competitions, workshops, campus events, and outreach initiatives. Supports event logistics, sponsorships, budgets, partner communications, and follow-up. Sources students, researchers, and early-career technical talent through academic networks and events, maintains talent pipelines, coordinates referrals and interviews, and supports university recruiting and employer-branding activities.

Design custom circuits and embedded firmware for compact AI-enabled devices. Integrate sensors, displays, wireless modules, and communication interfaces; prototype with MCU platforms; develop ARM/RTOS drivers; and perform board bring-up, debugging, and verification. Document schematics, tests, and technical reports while collaborating with research and engineering teams. The role requires frequent travel to China to coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and laboratories.
