Leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex software applications and high-performance computing systems. Oversees junior developers and multiple internal or outsourced project teams, manages resources and delivery plans, defines product requirements and agile backlogs, reviews technical designs, mitigates project risks, and drives technology innovation. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, partner management, and cross-functional expertise across the full software development lifecycle.

Coordinates inbound logistics operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection, inventory transactions, putaway, scheduling, and exception resolution. Monitors operational metrics, audits inventory and receiving accuracy, maintains procedures, trains warehouse personnel, and collaborates with suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams. Analyzes logistics data and supports process improvements, facility startups, warehouse implementations, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Process end-to-end Canadian semi-monthly payroll, validate earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and final pay, and ensure CRA and provincial compliance. Maintain payroll data, support ADP GlobalView and HRIS enhancements, perform UAT, prepare reports and reconciliations, and assist with audits and year-end T4 and RL-1 processing. Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and vendors while identifying automation and process improvement opportunities.
