Prospect and build outbound pipeline, demo products, respond to RFPs, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with pre/post-sales and SDRs, track activity in Salesforce, and support customer handoffs and expansion strategies to meet quota.

Own day-to-day administration of identity, endpoint, and IT service platforms; act as escalation for helpdesk, build automations and integrations, support AI tooling, manage identity lifecycle, mentor junior staff, document procedures, contribute to incident/change processes and participate in global on-call.
