Provide frontline IT support by owning helpdesk tickets, deploying and configuring laptops and peripherals, managing assets, provisioning and decommissioning user accounts, supporting identity/SSO and Jamf endpoint workflows, assisting with AI tool enablement, maintaining documentation, supporting platform projects, and performing on-call duties as needed.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and APIs. Lead technical design, integrations, platform optimizations, code reviews, mentor junior engineers, support sales tools, and handle admin/support tasks.

Lead development and execution of integrated customer marketing strategy to drive adoption, engagement, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Translate customer insights into scalable campaigns, journeys, and content. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and others to deliver programs, measure performance, build advocacy, and link customer engagement to commercial outcomes.
