Maintains customer relationships, provides product guidance, forecasts sales activity, monitors account health, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer value and meet revenue targets in a scaled, digital-first model.

Research priority global strategic accounts, identify buying groups and timely commercial signals, and execute personalized outbound engagement through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Create account intelligence assets, maintain Salesforce and Gong Engage data, and partner with strategic account executives to prioritize accounts and generate enterprise pipeline.

Owns the end-to-end revenue recognition function under IFRS 15 and ASC 606, leading policies, monthly close, deferred revenue and commissions schedules, disclosures, forecasting, internal controls, process improvements, and audit coordination. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, FP&A, and senior leaders while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and training stakeholders on technical accounting practices.
