The Director, Fundamental Credit Risk conducts credit risk assessments for debt investments, partners with investment teams, and enhances credit monitoring practices using analytics and AI.

Lead Board Secretariat operations and governance services for the Board and Committees, manage meeting planning and minutes, advise executives on governance, drive governance modernization and technology adoption, run effectiveness reviews, oversee administration (onboarding, compensation, budget), and support continuous improvement.

Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis; troubleshoot using SQL; validate fixes and support defect retesting; develop reports and dashboards; identify process improvements and automation opportunities (Power Platform, AI-enabled workflows); maintain runbooks and governance for cyclical pension platform operations.
