Provides global technical and application support for Honeywell blending applications, primarily serving North American customers. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, collaborating with global engineering teams, testing product releases, developing knowledge-base content, delivering customer training, supporting sales, improving team processes, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires expertise in blending applications, customer technical support, refinery processes, process automation, and PID control, with approximately 10% travel within North America.

Support the consolidation and organization of legacy documentation into Documentum. Help configure the platform interface, standardize system functions, train users, provide adoption support, and suggest improvements based on feedback and system performance. Collaborate with site teams and cross-functional IT and field service professionals while gaining experience in enterprise content management and digital transformation.

Serves as the primary customer contact, handling calls, emails, service orders, issue resolution, and event prioritization. Creates and maintains CMMS records, responds to monitoring alarms, dispatches technical staff, monitors service status, and coordinates with technical support, administration, and facilities teams. Provides administrative and parking office support while assisting with system and process improvements.
