Executes daily treasury operations including cash management, bank reconciliations, payments, cash forecasting, commercial paper issuance, and collateral management. Supports funding programs, interest rate derivatives, liquidity monitoring, treasury accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Coordinates with financial institutions, counterparties, auditors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining treasury systems and monitoring financial markets.

Supports sales, marketing, inventory, wholesale, retail, and profitability objectives across powersports and power equipment businesses. Analyzes performance, market conditions, competitive activity, and business drivers; develops reporting, recommendations, presentations, dealer communications, and program materials. Coordinates sales program planning, demand and inventory activities, cross-functional execution, and issue resolution across internal teams, dealers, vendors, and partners. Uses data analysis and PDCA principles to improve decision-making, workflows, and operational processes.
