Leads Honda Canada's financial planning team, overseeing budgets, forecasts, multi-year planning, financial consolidation, reporting, month-end close, profitability analysis, and transfer pricing support. Reviews financial deliverables, challenges assumptions, supports senior-management decisions, and coordinates information across business units and affiliates. Manages, coaches, and develops Financial Analysts, prioritizes workloads, improves processes, supports SAP S/4HANA initiatives, and ensures audit and SOX compliance.
