The role develops communications strategies, messaging, earned-media opportunities, and launch plans while coordinating stakeholders across North America and managing relationships with journalists, suppliers, partners, and agencies.

Manages recovery processes for delinquent, charged-off, bankrupt, and total-loss accounts. Provides customers with payment solutions, coordinates with insurers, dealers, collection agencies, and internal teams, monitors high-risk accounts, files bankruptcy claims, evaluates repossession decisions, and supports recovery targets.
