Design, develop, and implement multi‑modal learning (eLearning, mobile app content, video, virtual and classroom). Manage projects and vendor partners, consult SMEs, maintain courses, deliver pilot and Train‑the‑Trainer sessions, and continuously improve dealer training programs.

Manage dealer agreement compliance and RCDS transactions from initiation to closing. Conduct legal, corporate, credit, and background reviews; prepare and issue Franchise Disclosure Documents and dealer agreements; maintain SharePoint documentation and approval workflows; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and deliver monthly executive reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Serve as the central data and reporting resource for Used Vehicle Sales Operations and Remarketing: extract, validate, and manage data; build and automate reports and dashboards; analyze pricing, residuals, and market trends; translate findings into actionable recommendations; maintain data governance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
