Teams at Homebase

Lead full-stack development of growth, sales, and product tooling, experimentation infrastructure, and AI- and LLM-powered workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, drive greenfield projects, shape roadmaps, and improve system architecture. The role includes technical leadership, design reviews, mentorship, and collaboration in a hybrid office environment.

Own GTM analytics across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Support. Build trusted data and reporting systems, define metrics, develop AI-powered self-service tools, identify business risks and opportunities, and translate complex pipeline and revenue analyses into executive-ready recommendations. Partner with data engineering to maintain data integrity and instrumentation while guiding decisions on investment, headcount, and strategy.

Provides technical leadership across Homebase’s core product domains, including Payroll, Scheduling, Time Tracking, and HR Management. Defines technical vision, API strategy, service architecture, and domain-driven system decomposition. Resolves cross-cutting scalability, reliability, performance, and data-consistency challenges; mentors senior engineers; drives engineering standards; partners with product, data, design, and leadership; and advances AI-enabled engineering workflows.
