Manages commercial and contractual activities for railway and infrastructure bids and projects across the Americas. Responsibilities include contract risk identification and mitigation, bid-term assessment, subcontractor and customer contract management, claims and dispute support, variation-order negotiation, commercial compliance, contract documentation, project-impact monitoring, and contract closeout. Partners with project managers, planners, business units, customers, joint ventures, and subcontractors to protect commercial outcomes and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Designs and specifies railway Communication-Based Train Control systems through requirements analysis, architecture, modeling, simulation, software development, testing, and defect resolution. The role develops and reviews code, investigates field issues, defines system and subsystem requirements, supports customer acceptance, and collaborates with systems engineering teams. It also contributes to cost estimates, work package management, technical reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement while delivering solutions within cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and troubleshoots mission-critical train control software. Responsibilities include architecture, algorithms, coding, debugging, code reviews, test procedures, defect correction, field investigations, requirements refinement, systems engineering collaboration, and technical mentoring. The role supports railway signaling systems, software quality, project estimates, work package management, and continuous improvement within Agile development environments.
