Produce brand-caliber work, maintain quality control across team deliverables, ensure brand and copy consistency, partner with technical lead for production handoffs, and present and defend creative to senior marketing stakeholders.

Serve as primary strategic partner to key clients; lead delivery across multiple retainer accounts; coordinate cross-functional digital teams; manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources; improve processes; ensure quality; identify growth opportunities and support agency scaling.

Lead and validate an SFMC-to-Braze migration: create migration roadmap, map journeys/automations/data, guide client technical teams, identify risks, and verify migrated campaigns and data for launch readiness.
