Provide technical customer support across Intercom, Slack, phone, and email; help users maximize platform value; interpret API documentation and SaaS integrations; collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations; participate in on-call support; and improve customer experiences in a fast-changing startup environment.

Lead the technical sales motion for enterprise customers through discovery, solution architecture, tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical validation. Build relationships with data engineers, architects, marketing technologists, and executives; navigate complex buying committees; advise customers on AI workflows and data activation; and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy.

Leads and scales an outbound SDR team supporting Hightouch’s Ad Studio product. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, performance management, campaign development, metric reporting, demand-generation strategy, sales play development, messaging, operating-model definition, and headcount planning. The role partners with Sales and Marketing leadership while engaging enterprise and mid-market prospects.
