Leads the People function for a 50-person, hybrid AI-native technology company. Responsibilities include culture and engagement, performance management, internal communications, leadership advising, career frameworks, People Operations, HRIS accuracy, employment-law compliance, compensation, headcount planning, hiring, and AI adoption. The role manages a small People team and partners with executives and department leaders to deliver people strategy and support organizational change.

Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, financial reporting, and board materials for an AI-native SaaS company. Partner with the CEO and COO on strategy, pricing, unit economics, and business planning. Oversee monthly and quarterly close, revenue and P&L analysis, treasury, controls, audit readiness, and finance processes. Manage the Financial Controller and build efficient finance rhythms using AI and modern tools.
