Leads ChargeLab’s people strategy and partners with executives and managers on compensation, policies, compliance, performance management, employee experience, culture, and organizational growth. Owns scalable people processes across onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding; advises on employment matters across Canada and the US; manages employee communications and engagement initiatives; and supports leadership through coaching, difficult conversations, and cross-functional culture programs.

Own full-funnel performance creative strategy across paid social and programmatic channels. Analyze campaign data, attribution, and creative performance to identify conversion drivers; brief and direct creative teams; develop testing matrices; research trends and competitors; and align media and creative execution with revenue, ROAS, CPA, engagement, and assisted-conversion goals.

Provides technical support for office, remote, and production users; installs and provisions devices; manages networks, Windows domains, Active Directory, Hyper-V, hosted infrastructure, backups, security, and disaster recovery. Supports production software and equipment connectivity, troubleshoots issues, coordinates vendors, maintains documentation, and contributes to workflow automation, analytics, system implementations, and process-improvement projects.
