Develop integrated plans, manage dependencies/risks, drive recovery plans for at-risk initiatives, and implement governance, reporting, and RAID processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams for rollouts (vulnerability management, endpoint security, SailPoint, CyberArk) and ensure regulatory/audit readiness (SOC 2).
