Manages strategic HPE partner relationships with Bell Canada and Rogers, driving revenue, profitability, pipeline, and partner loyalty. Develops joint business plans, aligns field sales, leads partner-focused sales and marketing programs, coordinates HPE specialists, and promotes HPE products and services. Builds executive relationships, supports forecasting and account mapping, influences partner resources, ensures compliance with HPE requirements, and achieves assigned sales quotas through partner ecosystems.

Provides Level 3 customer support for HPE Slingshot software and HPC environments. Analyzes, reproduces, isolates, and resolves complex software and system issues; performs diagnostics, testing, upgrades, and documentation; escalates unresolved issues to R&D; supports customers during incidents and maintenance windows; and mentors junior staff. The role requires expertise in Linux, HPC networking, storage, cluster management, monitoring, automation, and enterprise-scale supercomputing systems.

Provides resident consulting and technical support for large-scale Juniper service-provider networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, network health assessments, customer workshops, design and operating procedures, automation, network upgrades, incident resolution, training, and best-practice development. The consultant serves as a Juniper platform subject-matter expert, communicates with technical and executive stakeholders, and supports production network environments.
