Develops teams, applies operational data to improve performance, drives continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to ISO standards and regulated healthcare distribution processes. Requires extensive warehouse management and supervisory leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with warehouse or data systems.

Manages and grows high-value multisite customer accounts through strategic account planning, consultative sales, relationship development, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and expansion. Builds relationships with executives and location-level stakeholders, leads complex sales opportunities, monitors account health and competitive activity, and partners cross-functionally to support implementation, retention, forecasting, and profitable revenue growth.

Configure, optimize, and support the IFS Cloud Field Service Management platform, including workflows, business rules, SLAs, work orders, dispatch, inventory, mobile operations, and customer engagement. Deliver user training, coaching, documentation, and change-management support. Maintain data quality, assist with reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, support testing and upgrades, and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and IFS partners on platform enhancements.
