Configure, optimize, and support the IFS Cloud Field Service Management platform, including workflows, business rules, SLAs, work orders, dispatch, inventory, mobile operations, and customer engagement. Deliver user training, coaching, documentation, and change-management support. Maintain data quality, assist with reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, support testing and upgrades, and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and IFS partners on platform enhancements.

Leads full-cycle accounting for subsidiaries and divisions, including month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, tax compliance, audits, SOX controls, and process improvements. Partners with Finance and business leaders on reporting, systems, controls, and integration of new businesses. Manages one direct report and an outsourced accounting team while resolving complex technical accounting issues.

Execute and coordinate multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across websites, email, social media, and digital advertising. Monitor channel performance, prepare reports, provide actionable recommendations, manage the digital marketing calendar, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, suppliers, and external partners. The role requires campaign coordination, analytics, strong organization, and proficiency with digital marketing platforms.
