Provides administrative and coordination support for sales activities across the Americas. Responsibilities include assembling reports, researching issues, managing deadlines, preparing customer collateral, supporting events and campaigns, analyzing marketing leads, coordinating accounts receivable follow-up, and routing customer and business requests. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Excel, and bilingual Spanish-English skills.

Supervises domestic logistics operations, coordinating imports, exports, customs clearance, carriers, vendors, and transportation routing. Ensures regulatory compliance, customer service, profitability, documentation, invoicing, and vendor cost control. Leads up to five employees, distributes workloads, trains staff, manages performance, resolves disputes, provides quotations and shipping advice, and maintains client relationships.
