Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and staff-level engineering roles, especially backend, infrastructure, systems, Rust, and database positions. Partner with Engineering leaders on hiring profiles, build outbound pipelines, manage interviews and closing, oversee agencies and referrals, analyze recruiting funnel data, and support talent branding. The role requires technical fluency, strong sourcing instincts, startup experience, and the ability to influence hiring decisions.

Build and operate Helius’s bare-metal infrastructure platform. Responsibilities include automating server provisioning and lifecycle management, developing fleet tooling, standardizing CI/CD and deployment processes, implementing security controls, analyzing infrastructure costs, improving observability, participating in on-call response, and documenting operational procedures.

Own the Helius developer platform roadmap across streaming, archival data, RPC infrastructure, APIs, webhooks, and developer tooling. Engage technical customers, define product guarantees, pricing, packaging, and launches, and track adoption, reliability, usage, churn, and revenue. Work closely with engineering and contribute code through prototypes, integrations, and debugging. The role requires strong distributed-systems knowledge, crypto experience, technical customer empathy, excellent written communication, and high autonomy.
