Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers through adoption, expansion, renewal, and AI product deployment. Build executive and clinical relationships, identify workflow opportunities, develop ROI-focused business cases, coordinate implementations with Clinical Engineers, monitor account health, forecast renewals, and troubleshoot common product issues. The role is quota-carrying and requires strong commercial judgment, product fluency, technical communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into measurable clinical and operational value.

Owns the full technical project lifecycle for enterprise healthcare implementations, from post-signature planning through go-live. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating engineering and customer stakeholders, managing EHR integrations and clinical workflows, tracking risks and dependencies, communicating progress, handling escalations, and partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver successful implementations.

Generate outbound opportunities through calls, email, social, and product-led signals. Research medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders; identify workflow pain points; build territory-based outbound strategies; test messaging and sequencing; book qualified meetings; and provide thorough handoffs to Account Executives.
