Delivers marketing analytics and data-driven insights for fundraising programs and campaigns. Responsibilities include supporter segmentation, campaign performance reporting, dashboard development, data operations, data management, campaign planning, vendor coordination, process documentation, and analysis of digital and offline media. The role uses analytics to improve communication, retention, cross-selling, supporter loyalty, engagement, and net revenue, while supporting forecasts, budgets, and organizational initiatives.

Supports fundraising and marketing analytics through customer segmentation, campaign performance reporting, dashboard development, data operations, and actionable insights. The role analyzes digital and traditional media results, manages campaign data protocols and schedules, supports CRM and cloud analytics workflows, collaborates with vendors, and informs planning, forecasts, and budgets. It is a 13-month hybrid contract open to candidates across Canada, with travel to the Toronto office up to six times annually.

Lead integrated brand and fundraising campaigns from strategy through execution. Manage cross-functional teams, creative and media agencies, campaign budgets, timelines, translations, approvals, performance reporting, and optimization. Use insights and analytics to shape audiences, messaging, channels, and future planning. Partner with senior stakeholders across mission, fundraising, communications, media, and analytics. Develop talent, coach staff, and support organizational marketing goals.

Leads data engineering teams and oversees the full lifecycle of cloud-based data solutions, including architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, testing, deployment, monitoring, governance, and operational support. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into curated data products. Manages delivery timelines, budgets, vendors, technical reviews, and risks while mentoring engineers and analysts and driving reliability, security, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Supports regional resuscitation program delivery across Alberta and Saskatchewan by managing instructor and partner relationships, coordinating implementation, enforcing quality standards, resolving complaints, monitoring Salesforce data and reports, and providing insights for network growth and retention. The role also supports stakeholder engagement, events, volunteer coordination, internal collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to Heart & Stroke policies and guidelines.
