Responsibilities include recruiting, succession planning, coaching, customer visits, sales presentations, account prospecting, and implementing programs to improve profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction. The role requires consistent personal vehicle use and overnight travel exceeding 50% of the time.

Record and post general ledger transactions, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and basic financial statements (balance sheet, P&L). Analyze routine financial reports, resolve reconciling items, produce ad hoc reports, and support or train junior staff under general supervision.
