Lead the 0-to-1 strategy and roadmap for Harvey's legal operations platform, partnering with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to build governance, visibility, and vendor-management features. Drive discovery through launch, define success metrics, and enable enterprise adoption for procurement and compliance-driven buyers.

Serve as a post-sale legal product specialist: build trust with law firms and in-house teams, run onboarding and training, drive adoption and expansion, surface adoption barriers, translate legal needs into product feedback, monitor usage and re-engage accounts, and create Canada-focused customer materials to support retention and growth.

Design, build, and maintain Harvey's production-ready design system components, patterns, and documentation in Figma. Partner with designers and frontend engineers to ensure consistent implementation and adoption, support AI-assisted design workflows, deliver polished assets and prototypes, and improve system quality through QA, organization, and operational refinement.
