Owns full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Builds diverse candidate pipelines, advises senior hiring managers, manages multiple requisitions, improves recruiting workflows, tracks hiring metrics, and maintains a high-touch candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring timelines across North America.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will manage product design projects from ideation to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and maintain a cohesive design system.

Serve as a post-sale legal product specialist: build trust with law firms and in-house teams, run onboarding and training, drive adoption and expansion, surface adoption barriers, translate legal needs into product feedback, monitor usage and re-engage accounts, and create Canada-focused customer materials to support retention and growth.
