Teams at Harvey

Own workplace projects and global programs, including office moves, openings, health and safety, emergency response, sustainability, design standards, tooling rollouts, and vendor contracts. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, playbooks, portfolios, and stakeholder communication. Partner with regional Workplace, IT, Security, HR, Legal, AV, construction, real estate, and facilities teams to deliver consistent workplace standards across offices.

Drive enterprise sales of Harvey’s AI solutions to law firms and professional services organizations. Manage named accounts through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demonstrations to contracting, onboarding, and expansion. Build executive relationships, exceed revenue targets, lead consultative multi-threaded sales, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and develop scalable sales playbooks and resources.

Manage enterprise customer relationships and drive adoption, implementation, training, engagement, and measurable ROI for Harvey’s AI platform. Serve as a trusted advisor to legal and professional-services clients, monitor customer health and usage metrics, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, advocate for user needs internally, and help develop scalable customer success processes. Occasional travel to customer and company offices may be required.
