The Product Manager at Tender Retail will oversee the product life cycle, collaborate with teams, and drive product commercialization in the payment sector, focusing on customer needs and market trends.

Lead end-to-end RFP lifecycle and implement an AI-augmented proposal workflow. Build and maintain an answer corpus, operate and tune RAG/retrieval pipelines, coordinate SME review, and produce persuasive, compliant proposals. Track win rates and continuously improve systems to reduce SME review time and increase competitive win rates.

The VP of R&D will lead product development, manage teams across the US and Canada, ensure timely delivery of projects, and drive innovation in alignment with business strategies.
