Designs and commissions automated robotic, CNC, and tooling cells from concept through production handoff. Responsibilities include PLC, robot, HMI, motion-control, electrical-panel, industrial-network, machine-vision, sensor, and safety-device integration. The engineer performs floor commissioning, risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and customer run-offs while collaborating with manufacturing, tooling, software, and program-management teams. The role also mentors engineers and technicians and develops reusable controls libraries and standards.

Own the design and delivery of automated factory equipment from concept through production acceptance. Lead cross-functional mechanical, controls, software, and manufacturing teams; define requirements, conduct design reviews, manage phase gates, and ensure equipment meets timeline, cost, reliability, and performance goals. Partner with factory development and production teams to deploy turnkey systems. The role requires mechanical CAD expertise, automated equipment development experience, and collaboration across engineering and manufacturing functions.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, or manufacturing functions, from intake through offer. Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, run compliant interviews, deliver strong candidate experiences, and close complex offers. Track recruiting data to improve outcomes, advise hiring managers with market insights, and contribute to employer branding and talent-process initiatives in a fast-growing environment.
