The Manager, Early Career Recruiting will build and lead the early talent function, create partnerships with educational institutions, manage recruiting teams, and develop internship programs for technical and operational talent.

Build and run Hadrian’s RevOps function: own revenue reporting, forecasting, pipeline analysis, Salesforce processes, tooling and integrations, government relations tracking, compensation design, and cross-functional revenue orchestration to drive predictable, scalable growth.

Design and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, and G&A roles. Leverage automation, data-driven prospecting, and tools to surface passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, drive inclusive hiring, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver market insights and candidate experiences that improve interview-to-offer conversion.
