What It's Like to Work at GumGum

My work with the Ad Server team provides me with new opportunities to learn every day. We are constantly looking for innovative technology to provide reliable solutions. The work culture is very encouraging and recognizes the efforts of team members.

GumGum is unmatched in the ad-tech space so as a consumer, I believe in the product. As a salesperson, this makes my job fulfilling. There is an abundance of intellectually challenging projects and positive feedback from clients about our offering.

There are many reasons as to why I love working at GumGum, but the top two would be the culture & the work I do. For the past 3 years that I have been working for GumGum, there has never been a real moment where I felt like I was doing the same thing

Of GumGum's three values, Thoughtful resonates with me the most because it is one of my core values as an individual. I am proud to be a part of a company that encourages its employees to be Thoughtful because it encourages kindness amongst workers.

What I love most about GumGum is its inclusivity. I have found, not just a career with GumGum but a home where I can be 100% myself. My input as a team member is valued. Working with the VOICE coalition I am able to help make a real change.

Grit is something that we've all had to embody over the last 2 years. In 2020, I had to pivot away from everything that I’d ever known. I am also extremely lucky that I get to work with the best team who provides top notch service for our clients!
