Manage a portfolio of Guidewire Cloud accounts, own program delivery and P&L, drive customer adoption and success criteria, support sales and opportunity management, coordinate staffing and cross-functional teams, advocate internally for customer needs, and collaborate with Product and BAU/CS teams to ensure successful cloud transformations and revenue growth.

Build and maintain scalable Python back-end microservices and data pipelines supporting document ingestion, RAG/IR systems, vector indexing, and LLM-powered knowledge services. Optimize performance, observability, APIs, and cloud deployments for production SaaS environments.

Own outbound product strategy for Advanced Product Designer (APD) and Integration Gateway (IG). Engage customers and field teams to surface needs, translate insights into prioritized requirements, drive adoption, positioning, enablement, and partner across PM, engineering, architecture, SRE, sales, and marketplace to deliver platform value and migration tooling for SBT-to-APD.
