Owns end-to-end investor operations, including funding, cash movements, subscriptions, transfers, distributions, statements, and investor transactions. Resolves complex inquiries, strengthens controls, mitigates operational risk, and supports regulatory compliance. The role also progressively manages Salesforce and other business systems, including configuration, workflow design, user acceptance testing, data-quality audits, process mapping, and automation. Provides cross-functional coordination, reporting, issue escalation, and mentorship to junior team members.
