Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and food and beverage spaces. Operates dishwashing equipment, stores kitchenware, removes waste, stocks shelves, reports equipment issues, and supports goods receiving. Follows food safety, health, safety, licensing, and PPE requirements while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

Manages hotel front office operations, including staff leadership, recruitment, budgeting, room inventory, upselling, guest service, policy enforcement, safety, compliance, and issue resolution. Oversees Front Office staff and Managers on Duty, conducts performance evaluations, coordinates with hotel departments, and supports reservations, switchboard, arrivals, and departures.

Supervises casino cage and coin operations, including cash transactions, gaming chip and ticket redemption, machine fills, float reconciliation, bank balancing, money transfers, and AML documentation. Monitors cashiers, resolves operational issues, supports training, and ensures compliance with AGCO regulations, company policies, and safety requirements. The role requires physical handling of cash and coins and flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts in a 24-hour operation.
