Lead technical implementation of MES/MOM and Industrial DataOps solutions: design architectures, configure Ignition/Sepasoft, implement UNS/ISA-95 data models, integrate shop-floor and enterprise systems, perform Python/SQL development, testing, deployment, and mentor junior staff while supporting pre-sales and project delivery.

Lead industrial automation projects end-to-end: identify client opportunities, develop proposals, manage planning/scheduling/budgets, program PLCs, configure HMI/SCADA, commission systems onsite, mitigate risks, document work, and grow client relationships while mentoring engineering teams.

Design, program, test and commission real-time industrial automation systems from PLC/HMI/SCADA to MES and enterprise connectors. Develop documentation, troubleshoot onsite, mentor colleagues, and implement network, motion, vision, and database solutions.
