The Operations Manager will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure financial oversight to support business growth.

Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise SDLC and DevSecOps platforms. Own toolchains (GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, IaC), build reusable AI libraries, embed security/compliance, enable teams via documentation and training, track KPIs, and mentor platform engineering staff.

Support project managers across planning, scheduling, resource coordination, financial tracking, reporting, risk and change management, vendor administration, procurement, and project closeout. Maintain documentation, forecasts, and status reports, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to meet client expectations and delivery commitments.
