Develop and maintain internal business applications, integrations, workflows, automation, and digital tools. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, integrate CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, and project-management systems, and follow secure SDLC practices. Troubleshoot defects and performance issues, support IT operations, document systems, participate in testing and releases, and evaluate emerging technologies. The role requires full-stack development, API integration, cloud familiarity, database knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Business Development Manager will expand Grantek’s Midwest business by identifying and acquiring new clients, developing leads, managing relationships, and creating strategic proposals. The role includes market research, networking, outreach, client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and collaboration with district leaders on revenue growth and company strategy. Travel across North America may reach 50%.

Lead technical implementation and delivery of MES/MOM, Industrial DataOps, Unified Namespace, and digital transformation solutions. Responsibilities include architecture design, Ignition and Sepasoft configuration, system integration, Python and SQL development, testing, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, technical project coordination, pre-sales support, and mentoring junior consultants.
