Design, prototype, and ship production AI/ML features that analyze observability data to detect, triage, and resolve incidents. Rapidly iterate on LLM- and agent-powered workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, integrate AI with internal tools and alerting systems, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.

Build full-stack Real User Monitoring features across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and analytical storage systems. Design high-throughput telemetry ingestion, data models, query layers, and dashboards for real-time exploration of sessions, traces, and events. Optimize performance and cost at scale, collaborate with SDK and cross-functional teams, own projects through deployment and monitoring, and contribute to the RUM roadmap.

Lead two distributed frontend engineering squads responsible for platform and navigation. Manage hiring, team planning, coaching, delivery, technical direction, customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, operational excellence, and engineering standards. Partner with Product, Design, and engineering leaders while driving AI and automation adoption, improving developer productivity, supporting open-source development, and participating in engineering management on-call activities.
