Handles minor to moderate commercial auto physical damage claims from initial customer contact through investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement, and payment. Coordinates repair, appraisal, rental, towing, and other vendors; documents claim activity; maintains accurate reserves; reviews invoices and coverage; and provides clear service to customers and brokers. Requires post-secondary education, customer service and phone-based experience, communication, organization, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and negotiation ability.

Leads the People Experience Partner team and advises senior leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, employee relations, workplace investigations, risk management, change leadership, and employee experience. Oversees complex people matters, supports enterprise people initiatives, coaches leaders, monitors organizational health trends, and maintains a small HR business partnership portfolio.

Leads core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, onboarding, and offboarding. Oversees performance management, compensation cycles, audits, governance, policy reviews, and total rewards support. Drives process improvement, responds to employee inquiries, mentors HR operations staff, supports payroll oversight, and builds effective relationships across the organization.
