Perform overnight warehouse order selection: lift and load products (10–80 lb), prepare pallets for shipping, scan and pick items using a computerized inventory system, safely operate pallet jacks, and work in freezer/cooler/dry zones while following health, safety, and food safety procedures.

Provide phone and email support for District Sales Representatives, process orders, handle delivery routing and complaints, assist with promotions and event coverage, and use CRM and ordering systems to support account growth and customer relationships. Hybrid role based in Ajax, 3-month contract.

Lead and coach National Multi Unit Account Managers to achieve regional sales goals. Develop account strategies, monitor KPIs, oversee customer onboarding and contract implementation, resolve escalations, drive profitable growth, and partner with operations to improve the customer experience and resource planning.

Develop and grow current and prospective accounts through market analysis, customer relationship building, identifying product and volume opportunities, and working with sales and operations to recover lost business and ensure order fulfillment. Perform client presentations, attend tradeshows, and act independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Provide Sales with expert product and vendor support: answer product questions, research solutions, create quotes using AutoQuotes, coordinate samples with vendors, maintain product and inventory knowledge, work directly with customers as needed, and use Excel/Google tools to analyze product data and support sales strategies.

Provide broad in-house legal support across employment, commercial, corporate, real estate, litigation, IP/IT and regulatory matters. Negotiate and draft contracts, support M&A due diligence, manage litigation with external counsel, assist with compliance and immigration/work permit matters, and help advance contract lifecycle management technology while advising business stakeholders and collaborating with the Canadian legal team.

Provide category and merchandising support including vendor and item setup, product lifecycle management, standardized reporting, marketing administrative tasks, and quality credit claim processing. Coordinate communications across vendors, finance, warehouse, and sales to maintain product data, dashboards, and process improvements.
