The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner advises internal clients on HR strategies, manages employee relations, conducts investigations, and drives organizational initiatives using data insights.

Support attorneys on complex private investment fund matters including drafting and reviewing formation documents, managing investor onboarding and KYC/AML, coordinating closings and capital calls, maintaining records, assisting with SEC and state filings, researching securities and compliance issues, and liaising with clients and service providers to ensure accurate, timely execution of fund transactions and workflows.
