Administers employee payroll by collecting hours, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, taxes, and benefits; processing payments and checks; maintaining payroll records; responding to employee inquiries; confirming payments with management; improving payroll services; and preparing payroll reports. Requires knowledge of Canadian provincial payroll practices, payroll software experience, strong organization, communication, mathematical, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
