Owns end-to-end lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including strategy, audience segmentation, copywriting, creative direction, campaign builds, QA, deployment, analysis, and optimization. Uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL for audience management and measurement. Partners with Product, Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver campaigns, define performance metrics, and establish an experimentation roadmap.

Lead GoDaddy's developer experience and UX Platform strategy to improve engineering velocity, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-product UX consistency. Own developer platforms (local dev, CI/CD, testing, observability), enterprise UX platform (design systems, component libraries, accessibility), metrics for engineering efficiency, and a roadmap aligning Product, Engineering, and UX. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team and drive data-driven, AI-enabled platform improvements.
