Leads technical direction for high-visibility, cross-organizational software initiatives. Designs and evolves scalable merchandising APIs and services, develops internal platforms and tooling, and delivers reliable full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Mentors engineers, conducts code reviews, influences architecture, and collaborates across engineering, marketing, and product teams. The role also involves distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, container orchestration, experimentation, analytics, and potentially open-source contributions.

Build and modernize scalable enterprise data platform services, including AI-assisted automation, self-service workflows, and Apache Iceberg adoption. Develop Python and AWS platform tooling, improve reliability, support incident response, troubleshoot distributed data systems, and perform root-cause analysis. Partner with globally distributed engineering teams to improve data producer and consumer experiences, operational stability, and developer productivity.

Leads strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end development of GoDaddy’s merchant capital products. Owns customer experiences across qualification, funding, repayment, and servicing while partnering with Credit, Risk, Engineering, Data, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Defines underwriting and decisioning capabilities, evaluates funding models, tracks portfolio and financial performance, and drives product launches and optimization across distributed teams.
